I have completed this cleansing system, have reduced my waist by nearly 4 inches, and become lighter by 9 lbs!
If I had believed, that this system would have been so easy and effective, I would have taken photos of before and after and measured arms, and thighs!
Not just my middle!
I do not have a gym membership so my moderate exercise, as recommended within the cleanse took the shape of me being on my feet and walking…and walking….more walking!
I did not do any crazy hard or fast exercises. I followed the plan to the instructions and was delighted and excited at the results!
Did I not become starving Hungry?
No. After only one day of feeling peckish, at the end of the second day but this passed with eating a handful of fruit off the snack list...I would not have described myself as feeling hungry.
In addition, the delicious protein shake and benefiting from meditating really supported and distracted me for the mere 10 minutes of feeling like a snack.
As long as I had a plan to occupy my mind and hands, the nine days flew past!
On day three, you must eat a 600-calorie evening meal.
